Safety placings: All alleged child abuse, physical and sexual and neglect are investigated and children placed in a place of safety if necessary. After Children’s Court procedures these children can be placed in foster care or children’s homes.
Foster care monitoring: The social workers visit the children placed in alternative care regularly to monitor their well-being. Family conferences are facilitated to promote contact with the biological parents.
Family reuniting services: Parents of children in foster care and parents whose children are at risk of being placed in alternative care are invited to attend parenting sessions. The end goal is either to reunite parents and children or prevent children from being placed in alternative care.
Oase Service Centre: The service center renders services to the elderly and disabled in order to protect and care for them and thus enabling them to live independently in their own homes for longer. Click here to read more.

The social workers also attend to problems such as gender violence, alcohol, and drug abuse, teenage pregnancies, grant abuse, suicidal tendencies, failure to attend school, and material need.
Food parcels, toiletries, and clothes are distributed to families with no income, and with the project Winter Hope, blankets, clothes, and food are given to the homeless.
